Green Guardians

Learn about the planet..while having fun!

Idea:

Green Guardians are events held at the Greenwich Audubon to teach kids about the importance of taking care of our planet through the 3 Rs: Reuse, Recycle, and Reduce. Through fun activties kids are able to learn why we need to take care of our world and how to. Each Green Guardians event has a different theme surrounding protecting our environment (ex. how pollution affects bird migration). It's easy for kids to stay engaged through their 'passport' tells them what stations to go to and has prompts to help guide the event.
